Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation (SFDR) statement:
As a company, we at LOOM Impact AG are already committed by our Articles of Association to offering services and investment solutions exclusively within the framework of and for the fulfillment of the sustainability goals established by the United Nations. The focus is on offering services to partners who address the greatest challenges of mankind in social and ecological terms in an economically sustainable way with their products and concepts.

LOOM Impact AG integrates not only the fulfillment of SDG criteria but also ESG risks into the decision making process and the selection of business partners as well as the structuring and selection of investment products. In the decision-making process, both the requirement of a positive impact on society and the environment through the respective business case and the mitigation of the risk of negative impacts play an overarching role.

Note on potential adverse impacts:
LOOM Impact AG serves businesses operating emerging and frontier markets as well as start-up and scale-up projects. We target partners that have a high potential to deliver positive impact at scale and improve the lives of (underserved) communities as well as the combined ecosystem.

Our activities are exposed to sustainability risks in the form of environmental, social or governance (ESG) events and conditions that can have negative impacts on the assets, financials or reputation. LOOM Impact considers potential adverse impacts of advisory, structuring and investments decisions on sustainability factors, however our activities are based on their high potential for positive social and/or environmental impact and these risk should be mitigated by our ESG/SDG policy.
